Food: 35g ck c/u (+ vit + Ca) Tramadol: 0.45 ml (40 mg/ml susp) PO BID: Note leg use, neuro symptoms Quiet, lethargic. Standing on legs, staring at corner of kennel. Not responsive or alert to handler. Uses feet to kick, but stumbled over on side when placed back in after treatment. Not clacking or biting. Administered tram and gave food. Gave her a donut to help stabilize her. -AD

| Weight: 905 grams, Keel score: 3.5 ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Head Behavior and Neuro: QAR Mouth: clean, very strong beak Ears: baby flat flies, no bruising Body Pelvis: bruising on lower back near pelvic girdle, no crepitation Vent: clean Body condition score: 3.5, 4 Fat: Furcular hollow, Keel, Abdomen Wings Left wing: wnl full ext Right wing: wnl full ext Legs Left leg: full ext, no fx palpated, standing Right leg: full ext, no fx palpated, standing Ectoparasites: flat flies Bird presents QAR, standing in box, leaning against corner. Majority of eye damage is old except for some very mild floating debris. Most of body NSF aside from small amount of dk red bruising on lower back/spine near pelvic girdle - no swelling or crepitation on palpation, but bird has a lot of fat and muscle on body. Finished treatment and set up in KR2 - stood behind perch. Treatment --------- 35cc LRS SQ 0.09 Meloxi IM Plan --------- Monitor use of legs. Rads after quarantine period, sooner if leg use declines.
